This post is mostly boring thoughts, but before it goes into that, I'd like to post something useful. Regarding Swine Flu, I promise anyone who's reading this, if you get dangerously sick after being diagnosed with this strain of Flu, you can have Silvicidal free; if you are that 5%. I've been informed of insane conspiracy theories regarding the vaccine. I know they're not true. But there are some undeniable facts, just sick facts (like the fact it wasn't tested on humans) that should keep everyone away from it. Just so you know, Silvicidal was tested at least as extensively as the vaccine, if not more, and it had no mortality rate. So, if I had to choose one... I'd choose the one with no mortality rate. Remember, Silvicidal was an Over The Counter drug registered to DEDI, with the FDA approved labeling, "take orally for internal infections". Swine Flu is an internal infection.
Actually, Silvicidal's approved labeling was historical, no other OTC label had ever been approved for such an application (OTC = label approved; prescription drug = product approved). I'm just blank, I know I wanted to write something useful, but I forgot what it was. Extenze is fake, their psychological tactics are effective though; so plz don't buy it or anymore of it. The Alieve commercial is fake / outrageously misleading; there's fine print at the bottom of the screen which explains why. 2 pills of Alieve aren't 10 pills of Tylenol. Oh, and never open an account with Vonage, they just lost a lawsuit because they made it impossible for customers to cancel, hopefully the news reports are enough to close the company down.
And no matter what anyone says, we're still in this depression, the economy is not getting better and the unemployment rates are going to get worse. I just remembered something useful!! Tylenol (Acetaminophen) is outrageously dangerous for your liver, I would never use it frequently. My father's pharmaceutical company did research, and discovered: if used commonly: Tylenol / Acetaminophen will destroy your liver in 10 years. If used frequently for 20 years, Tylenol / Acetaminophen will kill you. NEVER drink alcohol with Tylenol / Acetaminophen, I know that warning comes with a lot of drugs, but please follow the warning when it comes to this. An interesting fact: it's not the tobacco that's largely responsible for Cancer, most of the Cancer causing chemicals are in the cigarette / cigar paper (again, research done by the doctors who developed LDC and Silvicidal).
I can't expose this research yet, but just know this: DON'T drink out of aluminum cans often, it's best if you NEVER do it. This is serious. Please, limit your aluminum can drinks, especially if you drink from one every day. It should be no more than 3 times a week, but it really should be no more than 1 time a week. I can't expose the research / reason because the aluminum companies know about the reason and they used their power to shut down a research team that made discoveries which threatened their entire industry. The point is, because they used their influence to disband the team of reputable doctors, they've handed me proof that they knew what their products did / do. Chances are, if you knew what they found, you'd never drink out of an aluminum can more than 5 times a year. I don't want to disclose it because we hold a huge hand over their money and existence. If half the country read this, I would gladly explain in full, but at the present time it won't make a difference and it would cause a lot of problems.
If you trust me, the info wouldn't matter... But I guess I could tell you that, in my opinion (officially), drinking out of aluminum cans frequently might invite degenerative diseases early into your life, perhaps at age 50 instead of 70. And, I'm (officially) guessing it might increase the severity of the degenerative disease unimaginably, as in, whatever disease you have might be the worst of the worst.
Thoughts (boring)
I've been hesitant to put any interesting thoughts in this blog, but regarding the aluminum can issue, I was hoping for a few things. I was hoping if half the country joins one of the organizations, the organization could inform the members of the facts about aluminum and another issue. DEDI and the research team that was disbanded were looking for a... type of cure for what the aluminum did; and they found it. SO, I was thinking, a corporation could be opened, which could make a lot of money from the "cure" AND a corporation could be opened to do business with the people who stop purchasing aluminum cans. The mass amount of profits generated from both corporations can go straight into the organization. And that way, donations / funding is never an issue, the people fund the organization simply by living their life and trying to improve their health.
But the best part is, since I'd ensure I was in control of both corporations, all of the profits truly would go straight to the organization; I'd never, ever pocket a few million; and would be willing to make corporate records public as proof. AND then, the members can see how much money an organization can have when people don't pocket the money. When it truly goes straight into the organization; because billions of our taxpayer money is pocketed, billions of our donations to organizations are pocketed. AND the corporation could form a hell of a lot of jobs, because I'm not extremely interested in profits; so every way humans can be involved; they'd be involved.
I'm all for things like that, and I know my dad is different or "innovative" in the exact same ways, which is why DEDI was so successful and why it lasted 10 years with it's powerful enemies. I just wish I had the opportunity to try some of my ideas. But, I know and acknowledge, that I'm being horribly limited by an intense feeling of hopelessness. Something I can't shake off.
Writing about the Elastic Clause is more difficult than I thought. There has to be 3 sections, explaining the system of government America was founded as (a republic), explaining the Elastic Clause itself and other clauses so everyone thoroughly understands, and explaining how clause 18 was turned into the Elastic Clause. I just need to finish the 3rd part. I think it will be pretty good, I just have to make huge revisions to the 3rd part.
Now, something really disturbing was reported on the news. I think the report was something like, "...another possible deadly epidemic, a different strain of the common cold was discovered..." I just couldn't believe it. It's possibly deadly and yet it's the common cold. Just sick. Are they going to treat this the exact way they treated the H1N1 strain? Is the media going to create yet another massive virus scare? Well, before it happens, I want you to know this new strain is almost exactly the same as the original "common cold" strain. Nothing vital is different except it's structure. It's the common cold.
And then there's more bad news, which I have to convey on the LDC website. It's like, really, really bad. It appears as if LDC won't be offered because of a recent discovery, it was discovered that offering LDC again was not like offering it before. Because, although this was done unlawfully, unconstitutionally, and illegally, the judge who sentenced my father to 13 years classified LDC as a drug. Therefore, the legal ground is different. Selling LDC is like selling cocaine or heroin because of the illegal classification (in direct violation of an act of congress). The rules of the congressional act I just mentioned (DHSEA) do not apply any longer. It's virtually impossible to sell. Anyone selling it is putting their life at risk, and would need at least $1 million, if not 2, to make the attempt.
I think people may be willing to invest $1 million into a corporation; it's funny to me that we only need 1 million. If one million people know about it, and they all send in a dollar.... I guess, I can't blame someone for refusing to risk their life for $200.00 a bottle; even though it is a significant amount of money. I just feel really, really bad for all of the people who had their hopes up. But, I am pursuing something that might allow LDC to return soon. I know I need to write an article. I will write one. I don't think anyone who wanted to purchase / planned on purchasing LDC is going to die in the time it will take for it to become available.
I just know that, all of the new people who want to purchase LDC have seemed so willing to help, like, the majority did not solely care about themselves, and that's really encouraging, it really makes me feel better, and makes me more willing to risk what is necessary to ensure nothing bad happens to them if it doesn't have to. The majority of the old customers only cared about saving themselves and their life; they refused to spend whatever money to fight the pharmaceutical companies, or even just a little bit of money to support DEDI and help DEDI. They refused to spend money to be kept informed of what was happening. DEDI was saving their lives at minimal cost (making little profit) and the majority did nothing to help DEDI.
I know that they believed LDC would never be taken off the market. But they forgot that life is priceless, that there are things more important than money. And if they would have returned the favor and helped DEDI, if they would have flown to Tampa for my father's trial, things of that sort; LDC might have never been taken off the market to begin with. But then it's hard to be upset with them because, as you may recall, they all eventually began suffering once more, and the majority passed away. I do want to make clear that there were a few people who truly realized DEDI saved their lives and truly "returned the favor" in every way possible. And no one noticed that, the ones who never helped DEDI and only cared about themselves passed away, while most of those who truly attempted to return the favor are still alive today (along with whoever didn't suffer from a deadly medical condition). No one in my family would have selectively offered LDC in such a way. LDC has never been sold by my father, anyone in my family, or any company since it was taken off the market.
But in the end, a very, very few people stockpiled the product, and from that, since the majority of those who attempted to support DEDI in every way knew each other, many good people received the product for free via working together. However, the massive stockpile has been depleted now and people have already progressed very far towards death. My family stayed totally out of it, and didn't even want to know exactly what happened, as a precaution. But when the request was made to purchase LDC, and the reports of the declines in health, we knew the stockpile was finally gone. I'm hoping LDC will be available in time to save their lives. And, I do want to say that anyone who did not use LDC to stay alive was not obligated to do much to help DEDI, and shouldn't feel guilty about anything.
And to conclude, I know that this post definitely contained information relevant to LDC, but it's like "unofficial", once I gather some thoughts, I'll post something on the blog and website, which will sound something like what I just wrote.
----
I was going to end this posting, but I just watched a program, a very old program called, "Unsolved Mysteries". The segment I just watched detailed Flight 655, the Iranian passenger jet that was shot down by the U.S. Navy in 1988. I'm guessing you know the story, but I just learned of it. A man named "William C. Rogers", Captain Rogers, killed 290 people when he shot down an aircraft during his attack on different Iranian surface crafts. Someone close to the 290 people attempted revenge by installing a bomb in Rogers' vehicle, which blew up while his wife was driving.
First of all, I noticed several inconsistencies in Rogers' interview on " Unsolved Mysteries" and the official information I've just read using the internet. I already noticed inconsistencies before reading the other information, which I wanted to review before posting the brief summary. Rogers lied on "Unsolved Mysteries" when he claimed he attempted to contact the airliner and the airliner refused to respond. I knew it the moment he said it, but anyway, he continued on, saying that the aircraft was coming right at them and since they weren't responding, decided to shoot the aircraft down. This completely contradicts what I just read, the official reports, which stated he was told the passenger jet was actually an Iranian military F-14A Tomcat, and therefore he destroyed it.
First off, Rogers' lied in his interview, he shot first and asked questions later. An airliner has 2 pilots, one flies the plane, the other works the radio. They switch places after each landing. A pilot cannot adequately fly the plane and continually pay attention to which frequencies to switch to, unless the plane is cruising along one heading on autopilot. Anyway, this jet was on approach, but it was still very high up. The pilot concentrated on flying, the co-pilot switched frequencies whenever he needed to and communicated with controllers, which is slow and easy for one pilot with nothing else to do. If Rogers attempted to gain any info about the plane, the plane would have responded - guaranteed. A pilot always responds, and any airline pilot reading this already knows that Rogers was lying.
Furthermore, if Rogers couldn't contact the pilot, which is just a plain lie, he could contact control, any control. Control ALWAYS responds instantly. Their job is to track airplanes, direct pilots to the next control, and direct them to proper headings on their flight path. Control would have instantaneously confirmed Flight 290 was a passenger jet. Furthermore, military aircraft maneuver a certain way - every controller (on ship or land) can recognize a military aircraft from a small jet, and definitely from a damn airliner simply by looking at radar and observing it's movements. Furthermore, by observing it's altitude and speed, the controller easily knows the aircraft is an airliner. Lastly, When an aircraft is kind of close to an airport, it always comes in the same way. The ship controller probably already knew the airliner was on a flight path. Remember, the controller on a military ship has one main job: observe radar. They knew it was an airliner.
Captain Rogers, who was observing radar according to his own words on the interview, also had the skills to recognize the plane as an ariliner. But remember, regardless of all these facts, Rogers could have contacted the airliner and he didn't. He could have contacted control, and he didn't. He lied multiple times. There was enough evidence to try and convict Captain Rogers of 1st degree murder. And the disgusting disgrace to our country is still walking our streets. That monster, who murdered women, children, mothers, fathers, daughters, sons, loved ones, entire families, is walking our streets. And I haven't even got to what angered me most about all of this.
Well, after Captain Rogers killed all of those innocent civilians, he wasn't even relieved of duty, he was still wearing a uniform reserved for only the most dedicated, honorable, responsible, loyal Americans serving our nation. At the very least, he should have been charged with 1st degree murder, but he was charged with nothing, not even dishonorably discharged. Anyway, a while later, when Rogers' car blew up with his wife inside, all evidence indicated the bomber was someone who lost his family aboard Flight 655. It was so obvious and apparent, I doubt anyone reading this questions that it was someone who's loved one was murdered by Rogers.
Well, the person placed a bomb underneath the car and it exploded with Rogers' wife inside. His wife survived with absolutely no lasting damage. And what upsets me is that Rogers and his wife wanted to truly put the guy behind bars for attempted murder, to have justice served. But what upset me even more was the comments of Rogers' wife, who called the guy a terrorist and said we need to rid our world "of such terrorists". Rogers deserves the death penalty for his murders, if anyone ever did. And his equally heartless, unremorseful wife calls a man who lost everything, his entire family probably, a terrorist???? A man who didn't even see his family's killer brought to justice????
She is, by all obvious indications, just as monstrous as her husband, just as cruel and cold as her husband, and just as un-American as her husband. She lies just as easily as her husband, calling a man seeking revenge / justice a terrorist. We as a nation are better off without the Rogers' single-handedly tarnishing our nation's name and reputation. Rogers should be in prison and his wife should be deported. I mean, have you any idea what they've done to our name? I want you to know that the Rogers couple are disgusting people who don't deserve to be in this country or have a life in this country. How dare she straight up lie and call him a terrorist.
The man who planted the bomb had no right to take the life of Rogers' wife. But as she didn't get hurt, and as she's cruel and un-American, if the man was caught, Rogers' wife would have done everything possible, tell every lie possible, act whatever way necessary, appear however traumatized or emotional necessary, to ensure the man received the death penalty or maximum sentence. I can honestly say that I am truly thankful the man was not caught by U.S. authorities. And with Rogers' wife's cold, cruel, complete disregard for human life, for the truth, for America, for all American values, I don't think she belongs in our country and I believe her extreme lies could upset enough people to cause harm to our country. She was prepared and still is prepared to ruin / take a man's life by any lie that'll work. What our own government did to protect the Rogers' instead of ensuring justice was served, is sick. But remember, it wasn't our country, it was certain individuals representing our country. And I hope you never forget what the Rogers couple did, and never treat them as fellow Americans - because they are not fellow Americans. I know that everything I've said about this and about them is true. If you really research William Rogers, you'll find that facts and other troubling information support my conclusions. If you observe his wife, you will find that her own actions / statements support my conclusions.
And before ending this post, I want you to know that if I was talking to an airline pilot about this, I would have said nothing about all the proof that shows Rogers knew the plane was a passenger jet. I would have said, "can you believe what happened to flight 655, and that bastard Rogers wasn't even tried", and the pilot would have replied, "I know. They really covered it up good" because every airline pilot knows Rogers lied, about the transmissions that he sent, about everything. And I want to close this by saying Rogers better hope I don't become successful, because if I do, I will ensure he is charged and tried for 1st degree murder. And because he is guilty he will be convicted.

4th Blog Post
There is no new information about Liquid Deprenyl Citrate. This post contains no information relevant to Liquid Deprenyl Citrate.
This post does not address the Elastic Clause issue yet. It's just any number of personal thoughts on certain issues, because, after all, this is a personal blog. I first wanted to address the topic of "good things gone bad". Like an organization dedicated to saving lives that changed into a greedy organization that only cares about money. In today’s world, such things happen all the time. It's the number one way special interests eliminate competition. Oil companies don't murder CEO's of hydrogen power companies, they buy the hydrogen company and throw an insane amount of money at the CEO.
However, good people tend to go bad by themselves. Being around a pharmaceutical company, I learned that SO fast. I learned that no one is off limits, no matter how renowned their position is, if they believe they are able to rule the world and make a few million dollars, all of their morals, ethics, and compassion for others disappears. FOR instance, USC (University of Southern California) is a renowned college, correct? I mean, Arnold Schwarzenegger has a daughter attending, and it is very well known. Well, my father did business with USC, in a sense. He wanted a professor to test Silvicidal against HIV. The professor did the test and called my father soon after, VERY excited about the results. The professor was ecstatic and said he was going to run a few more tests and send my father the results.
Well, my father never heard from the professor. A while later, he received test results from the professor that said Silvicidal had no effect on HIV, with a goodbye letter that said something like, "it seems the product has no effect on the virus, best of luck to you". Well, that made absolutely no sense to my father, so my father called USC and found out the professor QUIT his job. The man quit an excellent job at a renowned university. My father then discovered the former professor immediately opened a company, attempted to duplicate Silvicidal, and used the REAL Silvicidal test results to market the phony product. The professor FAILED at duplicating Silvicidal, but it STILL didn't stop him from turning into a scam artist with his dreams of becoming a billionaire. Ultimately, his phony product & his business failed. (Off subject, many may wonder how a skilled professor failed to duplicate Silvicidal. The answer is easy - DEDI's doctors developed Silvicidal alongside our own U.S. government. So there were multiple skilled doctors involved with the most modern & most expensive scientific equipment).
There are many similar-type stories that surrounded my father's company / products.
I'd like to move from DEDI to the Freemasons. I know there is so much controversy surrounding the Freemasons, and I intend to write an article on them because they are so important for reasons that take a long time to explain. For now, I'd like to just briefly touch on them. Freemasonry is an old society, founded for such honorable reasons. Many centuries ago, the Freemasons existed to form a type of haven for free thought and knowledge. They focused on breaking the bonds that controlled society centuries ago, because centuries ago, "propaganda" was all that existed. It was a pre-determined way of life, and the normal person believed whatever the powerful wanted them to believe.
Centuries ago, you could be murdered for thinking a certain way. The Freemasons were heavily involved in science and overall knowledge, so they were very smart. Their members were very smart. So I just want to point out that Freemasonry was founded for such excellent reasons. However, after the organization expanded tremendously, with some of the most intelligent people in the world as members, the goals of Freemasonry changed. And now, presently, their goals and objectives revolve around money & power.
The reason countless conspiracy theories surround Freemasonry is because a great deal of Freemasons are in positions of power within the U.S. government. And that fact worries people because they are already scared of the Freemasons focusing on attaining the most power possible over the world as whole. It makes people feel uncomfortable; and a lot of them come to believe nothing is out of the scope of reality when it comes to Freemasons. HOWEVER, when you think about it, everyone with a sufficient amount of resources is attempting to gain power over the world.
But still, something seems different about Freemasons. Is there really a difference between them and everyone else interested in worldwide power? Yes, there is. The difference is: Freemasons care more about power than they do about money. Everyone else cares about money first, having the most currency first. They want power to ensure they are richer then everyone else. But the Freemasons are different. And, if you think about it, it takes SUCH a different person to truly care about power more than money. It seems like a subtle difference, but it really isn't because Freemason's care about money quite a bit less than power.
But anyway, everyone has a reason to be scared because Freemasons control our government - that's how many Legislature, Judicial, and Executive members of our government have pledged their life, loyalty, and allegiance to Freemasonry; and that fact is not an opinion - it's fact. And because the mission, the objectives, and the motives have changed in Freemasonry, every American has even more of a reason to be worried. These legitimate concerns that I just described somehow give birth to conspiracy theories; because certain facts just blow peoples' minds. I mean, a heck of a lot of people are in a state of shock after they learn over 50% of our high-up government representatives are Freemasons. And it's easy to imagine that anything is possible and get carried away from the facts.
Next, I'd like to point out that Freemasons are incredibly smart. They are basically artists when it comes to deception. For instance: many people believe our country (America) was actually a Freemason project. And even though there may be no real evidence to support that theory, I want everyone to understand that the Freemasons DID have the intelligence to create America. Hypothetically, if the theory is true, it would have taken a great deal of precise psychological tactics to convince the colonies to form a single army and go to war with England; as well as an immense amount of power to end the war and still maintain full control of the American land. And I just want you to know that those are the things Freemasons specialize in: psychological tactics and the most effective use of power. I'm not saying the theory is true, I really have no idea and no opinion because I haven't even done any research into the theory. I'm only trying to explain their unique type of intelligence and what they are capable of.
The structure of Freemasonry is truly ingenious. I'm writing about it in an article, but it's very interesting and amazing. And only a high-up Freemason knows the structure. The beginner masons don't know it, and even the medium high-up members aren't aware of the entire hierarchy. And very recently, the Freemasons modified their hierarchy system, making it more ingenious and more organized. And still, only the high-up / real Freemasons know about the modifications and only the very, very high-up Masons know the entire structure. But the structure is SO important because it speaks volumes about the organization itself. The upcoming article will detail and explain the Freemason structure & hierarchy. It will also detail a very new Freemason movement, which many of you may already be aware of. Ultimately, I think it's beyond important for you to trust me when I say that understanding Freemasonry is exceedingly important to our future, because their thirst for power is the biggest threat to our nation and our upcoming years.
And now, even though I should end this posting, I'd like to go into the touchy subject of John McCain and Sarah Palin. First, John McCain relates to all of this because we all know what he did for our country, we all know what he sacrificed. He chose to remain with his comrades in North Vietnam - truly living up to the American name. When he came home, the entire country knew he was a real American, so selfless, so brave, so heroic. But what happened to him after that? How could he, the definition of selfless, turn into the person he is now; caring so deeply about himself, about his power, about his career over his nation? He's not nearly as bad as most politicians; but when compared to the man he was...
The one thing I'd like to point out is his choice for Vice President / running mate, Sarah Palin. The circumstances disgust me. I don't know if you remember, but the Democratic National Convention (DNC) took place before the Republican National Convention. The DNC was designed to allow the Obama campaign to reach the most Americans possible with whatever information they wanted. Days 1-3, they attempted to schedule speakers Americans would want to listen to, who would have good things to say in order to attain support. Everything was leading up to the final day, day 4 - Obama's nighttime acceptance speech. 38 million people watched Obama's August 28, 2008 speech.
The days following the DNC would be spent by exploiting the momentum gained at the DNC. The Obama campaign knew the news stations would spend at least a week discussing all that happened at the DNC and all the issues addressed. During that week, the Obama campaign knew the news would keep up their momentum, while they tried to increase it via press releases and speeches. On day 4 of the DNC Obama hit a home run with his speech, he couldn't have done better. The day after his speech, he and his team were preparing for their busy events planned for the upcoming week...
But suddenly everything came to a HALT the day after Obama's speech & the day after the DNC. On August 29, 2008 John McCain finally announced his running mate, "Sarah Palin". This strategic move was developed by John McCain, and John McCain's campaign. It was designed to CRUSH any momentum Obama might have gained from the DNC. And it did. Instead of Obama's week in the news, the news ran continuous reports on "Sarah Palin", whom no one ever heard of.
WHY is this so significant?? Because, John McCain largely picked Sarah Palin to counter any attention Obama might have gained at the DNC. Furthermore, Sarah Palin was picked in hopes of acquiring Hilary Clinton supporters. Lastly, Sarah Palin was picked to create the physical image of "change". But, it was mostly done to counter the DNC.
Those facts are important because it shows you that McCain picked someone to hold the 2nd most important position within our country purely because of strategy. A tactic to counter the entire Democratic National Convention. An attempt to make the DMC a waste of time and money.
And, to me, that speaks volumes; it tells me all I need to know about John McCain. He only cared about winning for himself, for his power, for his career. He did not care about his country. And I know that Sarah Palin is not the only proof of that - but it's the most substantial. It's easily established. And it's right in front of everyone's face, for everyone to see - everyone sees that McCain did not pick her based on her personality, who she was, how she'd represent America - he picked her as a strategy, and that should touch deeply with a lot of people.
AND I know you might say, "90% of politicians would do the same thing" "90% of politicians care about themselves, their power, their career". Well, that means 90% of politicians better not be re-elected, doesn't it?
It's just that, everything that's happening to our country is so sad. The outrageous percentage of our tax money that's pocketed is sad. The fact that nothing is being done about it... There's just NO WAY we should have all of these problems. The only reason we have such a long list of problems is because representatives of our country care about themselves and not America.
And finally, regarding this blog, it's turning out to be an excellent place for me to organize thoughts, ideas, and opinions. But I truly don't expect anyone to read them, because it just seems like it would be... very boring. But at least it's useful to me. And I think I might be able to organize the postings better. The first part always addresses LDC. The second part can address things that might be interesting. And I can label the last part "thoughts / opinions" because everything below that subtitle will probably be boring. And I guess that's it.
This post does not address the Elastic Clause issue yet. It's just any number of personal thoughts on certain issues, because, after all, this is a personal blog.

3rd Blog Post
There is no new information about Liquid Deprenyl Citrate. This post contains no information relevant to Liquid Deprenyl Citrate.
Well, I just got back from seeing my father. It was a long drive up to Lexington, Kentucky, which is where he's at. The hotel didn't have any internet, but there wasn't much of a choice since everything was short notice. The circumstances concerning my father's transfer up there are very strange.
Way back, many months ago, my father's judge granted my father's attorney's request for a psychiatric evaluation. If you intend to use the "not guilty by reason of insanity" defense, you must have a psychiatric evaluation. So my dad's attorney requested the evaluation to keep all options available. So, the judge issued an order months ago to the U.S. Marshals, telling them my father is to receive a psychiatric evaluation. But my father never received the evaluation because he was awaiting specialized surgery for a deadly medical condition, which still might take his life.
Months after the judge's order, my father was told his surgery was scheduled sometime within the upcoming week. Then randomly, on the week of his surgery, he was rapidly transferred to Oklahoma City federal prison. The U.S. Marshals, who were forced to arrange and pay for medical care, transferred my father, referencing the judge's order for psychiatric evaluation (which, as I said, was issued many months ago). I believe it's highly probable the U.S. Marshals pulled their stunt hoping my father‘s problems would claim his life, and I'm certainly not the only one who has come to that conclusion.
My father has serious medical problems, the U.S. Marshals have already spent upwards to $30,000 on medical care for him, and that was because their doctor made a mistake that almost killed him. They knew they'd have to spend well over $150,000 to fix my father's medical problems. And I don't believe they wanted to do that. There is so much evidence to support my conclusion.
My father was still in a Georgia jail because the entire court was waiting for my father to have his surgery and his other problems fixed. That's why he wasn't transferred for psychiatric evaluation right after the judge's order. The U.S. Marshals sent him to Oklahoma City Federal Prison, effectively removing him from their custody on the week of his surgery and placing him in Bureau of Prison (BOP) custody. The U.S. Marshals referenced the judge's order to justify my father's transfer; absolving them of any responsibility if my father died. They would blame the judge, and they would say they were just following a judge's order. Then you'd think we'd be able to hold the judge responsible for his death, except the judge would have a million excuses.
Ultimately, the judge would not be held accountable because he has complete immunity. If my father died, the death would be written off as resulting from "natural causes" NOT medical neglect, so that in itself would make it basically impossible to hold anyone accountable. How do I know? When I visited my father at Coleman Prison in 2001, I saw it happen. All the visitors saw it happen, saw the body-bags roll pass the windows. At Coleman 1 body-bag rolled out each week, at least, and they all died of "natural causes"; but all the prisoners and the visitors knew they died of medical neglect / medical torture.
On top of everything else, if my father died in Oklahoma, he would have died in BOP custody; which is the final factor making it impossible for the Marshals to be held accountable. But my father survived the transfer from Georgia to Oklahoma. He survived his stay at Oklahoma, which is remarkable. Why? Well, because of the final evidence implicating the U.S. Marshals. Oklahoma is known as "Federal Transfer Center" (FTC) Oklahoma City, because it's a hub for federal prisoners. When they're being transferred far away, they go to Oklahoma FTC first. Well, Oklahoma was not informed my father had ANY medical problems. This is the most significant evidence, because Oklahoma FTC is always informed of the most minor medical condition, of the inmate that is using cough drops twice a day because of a throat problem.
Because the U.S. Marshals did not inform the BOP / Oklahoma FTC of my father's multiple medical problems, he was medically neglected to an extreme extent, putting his life in real jeopardy. He never received medical care while at Oklahoma FTC because it was his word against an entire agency‘s, and the officers wouldn't believe an inmate. The officers know that if someone is as ill as my father claimed, they would have been immediately notified, and they also know inmates sometimes lie about medical problems for attention. So my dad some how survived his stay at Oklahoma, during which he received basically no medical attention because of the U.S. Marshals.
After weeks at FTC Oklahoma, my dad was transferred to the Federal Medical Center (FMC) in Lexington, Kentucky to undergo psychiatric evaluation, which could take up to 2 or 3 months. For the 2nd time, the U.S. Marshals did NOT inform the BOP at FMC Lexington of any of my fathers life-threatening medical conditions. Remember, this is the 2nd time, the 2nd prison. And remember, the U.S. Marshals always specially inform a prison if an inmate has a life-threatening / serious medical condition. As stated above, they always inform a prison if an inmate has a minor medical condition which requires something simple like Aspirin. But further to all else, a FMC is ALWAYS informed of medical problems with much more detail. AND YET, again, the U.S. Marshals refused to inform FMC Lexington. If on a piece of paper the U.S. Marshals checked off something like, "this inmate has no medical problems", they would have deliberately lied. It only makes sense that when an inmate is transferred, paperwork is filled out. And it only makes sense that there's a section in the paperwork where you list medical conditions. I'm going to try to request the transfer paperwork.
You should also keep in mind the fact that the U.S. Marshals deliberately did something else. They deliberately transferred my father to Lexington, KY when they could have transferred him to Butner, NC. Lexington is 637 miles (~10 hours) from Darien, GA whereas Butner is 415 (~6.5 hours) miles from Darien. This is significant because if my father went to Butner, he would have likely gone straight to it and NOT to the Oklahoma prison. Going to Butner would have put his life at minimal risk in order to undergo a psychiatric evaluation. Instead my father was bussed, then flew to Oklahoma, then flew to Lexington a few weeks later. It's also so much more of a hardship for me to visit my father in Lexington.
Anyways, when my father got to Lexington, Lexington had much the same reaction that Oklahoma had. It was, again, my father's word against an entire agency's. FMC Lexington was apprehensive in believing my father, so they neglected his medical needs for a while. But remember, it wasn't really their fault: the U.S. Marshals refused to inform them of my father's conditions. And Lexington had such a hard time believing my father because they know that if an inmate has such serious problems, they are always informed with detailed information and provided medical records. Even though Lexington is a medical facility, my father was strictly sent there for a psychiatric evaluation.
If some officers at FMC Lexington weren't so kind and caring, God only knows what might have happened. Some officers, including the psychologist, listened to my father and realized he wasn't lying. They went to their superiors and actually got a hold of some of his medical records (which are always given to a prison if an inmate is suffering from any serious medical condition). They still had a hard time accepting everything, and were still confused about everything, which is understandable. But eventually they understood the situation. And that was only because the majority of my father's officers aren't the typical cold / un-American correctional officers.
AND then something else happened, something quite recent. A few weeks ago my father's attorney filed a motion with the court, requesting my father receive medical care. The judge granted the motion and ordered FMC Lexington to provide my father with medical care. This was the final confirmation for Lexington, they no longer doubted what my father had been saying. And since then, they've taken steps to provide my father with proper medical care. And I will do everything I can to make sure people know the names of the prison officers who are real Americans, who represent our country with honor and don't abuse their power. Bad things could have happened if the high up officers were un-American - at least they provided some medical care to my father before they knew he was definitely telling the truth.
It seems like high-up officers at FMC Lexington are helping my father and staying involved with his situation. I just don't know what my dad wants to do yet, but I'll find out soon. FMC Lexington received the judge's order a week ago, but Lexington never had a problem providing medical care. To them, the order just confirmed that everything my father was saying was true. I don't want to make it seem like FMC Lexington was refusing to help my father. They just didn't know how serious his conditions were because of the U.S. Marshals intentionally neglecting to inform them AND the Bureau of Prisons.
Overall it's a horrible situation, it's a sick situation. And no matter what words can be used to minimize what happened, it really amounts to a murder-attempt in order to prevent the loss of over $150,000 in medical bills. I think this little mini-story itself is newsworthy, but it can be added to the massive stack.
And before ending this topic, I think it's important to give credit to my father's psychiatrist, my father's attorney, and my father. They were the ones who finally convinced Lexington FMC that my father had very serious medical problems BEFORE the judge's order. Remember, the judge's order is recent. Credit should also be given to some Lexington officers, whose names will be listed later. My father's attorney did a hell of a lot by calling in multiple times, by putting in such an effort, and by filing the motion for medical treatment, which the judge granted.
AS far as blog posts, it's still difficult to me. I don't like the way they sound when I read them over, because I type as if I'm speaking. And in the previous post I literally just typed my thoughts as they came to me. I'm sure I'll get better, but they still sound wrong and unorganized when I read them over. And I know the last one was way too long, and I have like 4 others that I want to post. The next one is going to be really good, it's not about LDC, but it's about America and the Federal government.
It’s important to remember that this is my personal blog, if it were actually an LDC blog, it would make a huge difference legally. And if this was technically a personal blog, but used as an LDC blog, with current laws, it would STILL be considered an LDC blog and subjected to the legal issues associated with an LDC blog. And I just felt likeeeee giving everyone that little bit of information! Of which I hope you will keep in mind.
If you're still bored and you still have time, why not research the "Elastic Clause"? It's the alleged base of our current federal government. It's one single clause in the Constitution; and FDR used that clause to create this current system of government. American children are taught that this clause is also the "Necessary and Proper clause" and "implied powers". Every historian, every mainstream source claims this current government was created off of "implied powers" - created from what the Elastic Clause "implies".
I'd think you'd find it interesting that the current federal government was formed because of what an article of the Constitution allegedly "implies". In reading this, you're entering something very scary, because every single reliable source (congress, every senator, the president, scholars) will explicitly tell you that this current system of government was formed because of something allegedly implied in ONE clause of our Constitution. And when you read it, when you research the Elastic Clause, you will notice that something very wrong has happened, you'll notice everything they're saying doesn't make much sense.
But just remember, FDR interpreted ONE clause a certain way, and gave birth to our current system of government. And the next post will go into the entire issue, which is both interesting and serious.
